Hi, I'm Kelsey LPCC, ATR-P
Play is a child’s native language. Through play, art, movement, and imagination, children communicate what matters to them, what they are carrying, and what wants to grow.

My work supports children in staying connected to their innate curiosity and creativity while gradually building the capacity for regulation, expression, and relationship. The aim is not to rush development or force insight, but to protect and nurture the unique way each child is unfolding.

Many of the young people I see are sensitive, perceptive, or spirited, and may feel overwhelmed in environments that move too fast or expect them to fit a narrow mold. I work with children and adolescents navigating anxiety, big emotions, behavioral challenges, attention differences, self-esteem struggles, grief, loss, and life transitions.
Therapy offers a steady, creative space where children can feel seen and met on their own terms. When appropriate, I also collaborate with caregivers, offering guidance and reflection to support a child’s growth beyond the therapy room—without turning home into another place to “perform.”

Child and adolescent sessions are offered on a private-pay basis in order to support developmentally appropriate care without the need for diagnostic labeling, which insurance requires.
