Hi, I'm Kelsey

As a lifelong lover of the creative process and a sensitive person, I’ve always been attuned to the worlds of feeling, sensing, and perceiving. I believe that our feelings and sensations hold valuable wisdom, guiding us toward healing and greater self-awareness. In a world that often prioritizes “thinking first” and “feeling later,” disconnection in mind and body may show up as chronic contracted states, a dullness, or existential anxiety.

Together, we’ll gently deepen your self-connection through somatic techniques, creative processes, personal rituals, or by connecting with meaningful symbols that pop up in your daily life. Through this exploration we'll work to restore balance, health, and well-being in a way that feels authentic to you.

I support women navigating chronic pain, anxiety, trauma, those with nuerodivergence and those who consider themselves highly sensitive. I truly believe that the answers you seek already exist within you and that you are your greatest source of insight. My role is to walk alongside you, offering support and guidance on your unique journey.

I have received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Transpersonal Art Therapy from Naropa University. I am a yoga teacher and trained in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). My approach integrates talk therapy, art therapy, mindfulness, KAP work, and somatic-informed techniques, creating a creative space for exploration, healing, and peace. If you have any questions or would like to learn more about working together, I’d love to hear from you.
